Delete your account
To start deletion, sign in to the MyRoam app and open Settings → Delete account. The request is authenticated by the active account and cannot be started by entering an email address alone.
The process removes the account's local data, including the profile, trips, related content, legal events and account-owned media. Firebase and storage cleanup may require a technical retry.
Copies imported or saved by other accounts remain independent. Backups, logs and data retained by providers follow their applicable configurations and obligations; no unverified timelines are promised.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@myroam.app. Support will verify the request before coordinating any manual steps; this page does not expose account information and does not perform unauthenticated deletions.
